1. Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! We do offer bespoke orders. If you have a design in mind, please use our contact form to discuss your requirements, and we’ll work with you to create something unique.

2. How long does it take to complete an order?
Turnaround times depend on the complexity of your design and our current workload. Typically, our processing time is 3-5 days. If you need something urgently, please get in touch, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Do you offer different colours or finishes?
Yes! Our products are powder coated for a high-quality, long-lasting finish. As standard, our products are powder coated in Satin Black — however, please let us know if there is a specific colour you require, and we will do our best to accommodate this. Please note this may increase processing time/price of the item. 

4. How should I care for my product?
To keep your item looking its best, clean it with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the powder coating.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location. Please contact us for a shipping estimate.

6. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order and your location. You’ll see the shipping cost at checkout. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

7. What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or there is a fault on our part. Please double-check all details before finalising your order.

9. Can I see a design preview before production?
Yes! For custom orders, we provide a digital preview before production begins. This ensures you are happy with the design before we start cutting.
